Same thing here. We did "Buy it now" and received a pretty legit looking confirmation. Something just wasn't sitting right with this, so I signed onto my Ebay account and there was no activity, purchases, etc. I wouldn't have wired money regardless.

It's the old...if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Saw multiple listings for the same model NavionG RV at a ridiculously low price offered at various locations in different states. Tipoff is same exact photos. Email addresses are variations of Paula's name.

From Kansas City Craig’s list 2016 rv 26,000 with link to eBay- com which looked like a legitimate eBay site with even a 5 day buyer protection. We even checked out the rv vin number. Everything appeared legit, the seller even emailed answers to our questions. We were supposed to wire 26000 with instructions from a phone number. We researched the seller and saw that this person is an actual scam. The seller had tried to do the same thing in March and fortunately they posted it. We filed a report with fbi, eBay, shopok, and now scampulse.

We have had the exact experience with Paula Grueling for a 2016 rv. Yesterday July 28,2020 we received an invoice for 26,000, everything looked legit, she even answered all our questions. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone at ebay, the Main tip-off was wire money transfer. Please share so someone else doesn’t get scammed!

When I inquired I was sent a link to Ebay, the link immediately created a security pop-up that the link was a Phishing scam. I sent to link to Ebay, they're still investigating
I had my suspicions based on the RV listed is way under the value

Hello again, Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm working most of time and I choose to hire eBay to take care of the whole selling process, so my presence isn't necessary. The RV is already at the eBay in Sioux City, IA along with all the paperwork and the transaction will be done through them. eBay will handle the shipping, the payment, and the paper exchange. The deal includes free delivery and it will arrive at your address within 5-7 business days with all the necessary documents for registration. In addition, you will get a 5 days inspection period before making any purchase, and if you find something wrong with the RV, you can just return it on my expense. During that 5 days testing period I will not be getting any money. SO...ONLY AFTER you receive the RV and agree to keep it, eBay will release the payment to me, in this way we are both protected and you can physically see the RV before committing to buy and to eliminate any concerns. Paula Greuling advertized a 2016 Mercedes Winnebago Navion 24G for sale on moneuzj.com. After indicating we were interested in buying the motorhome, she said she needed our mailing address so eBay could provide instructions for making payment. After notifing her that we did not receive anything from eBay she sent an invoice detailing the terms of the transaction and a phone number to set up a wire transfer. We checked to see if the motorhome was listed on eBay. It was not. I called eBay to verify if the invoice was valid. eBay checked to see if the motorhome was listed with them for sale. It was not. They then said that they only sell items that are listed with them and that they never send an invoice for payment. I provided eBay the information I had received so they could investigate the scam.
