I have had two phone calls from 608-237-1767. The first was an automated call from a woman sounding as if she was on her last breath. The second was a voicemail from Paula Hickson of Douglas Recovery Services regarding medical bills that are in "our office" and to prevent litigation I needed to contact them immediately. I have done a search of the internet and cannot find any debt collection agency listed as Douglas Recovery Services. The phone number is listed to a *** *** from Wisconsin, which is the area that the phone number comes up under. I have yet to return the call, and do not intend to. They can mail documents if in fact they are legitimate.
