Answered an ad online from a person by the name of XXX JXXXX who stated he was in Greenbelt, Maryland. The email listed above is supposedly his. The other person involved was XXX XXXX. Both men had extremely heavy accents and were very hard to understand. As best as could be understood the agency was Pxxx xxxf. M.XXXX was selling husky puppies for the price of shipping them. He wanted $255 sent by Western Union which was sent to him and he received on 3/26/17. I have tracking numbers should you need them. The puppies were to be delivered either late on 3/26 or on 3/27. On 3/27 a call was received saying the puppies were in CXXX  Kentucky. Supposedly the plane could not depart because of severe weather even though the weather there was 65 and sunny. Another call was received stating they needed more money, $580, in order to cover the rental of a special transport cage to keep the puppies warm and safe. They also stated that 98% of the rental fee would be returned in cash when the puppies were delivered to the home. They were told the payment was too high and could not be made. They then called again stating that the owner of the puppies, X. XXXXXXX , could pay $360 of the rental cost and our cost would only be $220. That amount was sent by Western Union and was received. Several phone calls were received stating XXXXX  Airport and would be delivered to the home from there or they could be picked up at the airport. So far...no puppies... Will try to get money totaling $475 (+fees) returned. They also informed that the puppies are considered "abandoned" and the authorities will be visiting.
