I ordered a pet bed from the web site on 1/26/25. The funds were removed from my bank account on 1/27/25. I have not received a shipping notice and have not received the item. I called the phone number from the site several times, but it goes directly to a personal voice mail. Twice I was emailed after the calls to tell me there was a delivery strike and that the size of the package would take extra time. I have not had a response from the last two voice mail messages I left.
