They were selling an electric bike at a reduced price due to no longer working with the distributor and they had an abundance of the Hey Bike electric bike to clear out of the warehouse. They had a full website including terms of services, privacy, about us, contact us, shipping policies and so on. The beginning of the website says they ship in the USA. Then in reading their terms of services they says credit card payment will be to Pawiek UK and they comply with Europes standards. Then later in their details they claim a different business name and claim to be located in Ireland
