I had purchased from this company before on eBay and I received the item with no problem. This time I purchased the same item (calming dog treats) on April 25th 2018, I received an email receipt that also said I would receive an email when my order had shipped. I still have yet to receive that email notice of shipment and it is now May 21st 2018 and I tried to check the website for a phone number to contact the company and found the site is now down. I did contact them by email but never heard back.
