My order took 1.5 months to get here because it was shipped from China! This is NOT made in the USA, uses stickers to attach the seasons, which is cheaply made and won't work. They do not honor their money back guarantee. Do not order! Scam!

I ordered a porch leaner the middle of April. I too have sent numerous e-mails and finally filed a case with PayPal. I can’t track the order, and all efforts thus far have been fruitless. The PayPal Resolution Department is checking into the situation. Here it is the middle of June, no order and no refund. Should have done my homework and looked at reviews prior to purchasing. Please don’t make same mistake. Have no business dealings with this company whatsoever.

I ordered two of the same products totaling $79.96 at the beginning of April. The products were listed as both in stock with delivery of 3-5 days. After all these weeks of emailing back and forth, all I have is a fake tracking number and a refusal to refund my money... and no product has been received. The customer support person answering my emails each time refuses to address the issue and has was seems like a made up names at the end of each email. The only contact information listed on their website is this email address. This is 100% a scam and should be removed and blocked from the internet.

Ad for expandable faux vines that provided measurements as well as a video. Order accordingly only to receive product that is 1/10th the size. Contacted company right away and provided pictures. Company has refused a full refund and is insisting we ship the product back to China.

This company is in direct violation of their own Customer Satisfaction Agreement stated on their website. Unfortunately have now found numerous reviews on social media for this same exact issue.

This company has been reported to Facebook as a scam and so has PayPal.
