Paid deposit, no further communications after receiving Zelle

After receiving our deposit, we asked for live video of Heaven, multiple times via email and text. The phone number listed on the website is no longer in service and the phone listed at the bottom of the emails just rings. No one from Paws to Riches... is responding to our communications, which tells me they are not legit. This is very disappointing because we were looking forward to receiving the new puppy in our home, which is a gift for our daughter.

We were scammed by this web sight. It’s our fault for being tricked into paying in such a manor, and I know we will never get our money back.
They accept payment through ZellePay Or Chime, once you make your payment I will provide you with a bill of sale document and change of ownership papers to secure your purchase. If you are okay with it, kindly provide me with your full delivery information and I can then provide my payment information.
Our bank would not accept ZellePay or Chime. The next choice was to send them American Express gift cards. This is where we were stupid. Just like giving them cash. The next day we received an email from American Pets Relocator, saying we needed to rent a electronic thermal crate for $1540.00 of witch 95% would be refunded at delivery to our home. Cards were the only option here as well. We again did this, as we had already invested $780.00. This company also scamed us.

We lost a total of $2320.00 ($780 for the puppy, and 1540.00 for the crate) plus the cost of the cards.

Stay away from these two websites. They are evil.

Was scammed by this website, looked very legitimate and appeared to reputable. As they say, " Looks are Deceiving" As the previous victim noted. After several text, emails and issuing a down payment. When returning to make final payment was told to make to a different person with a different email and a "Bill of Sale & Shipping information would follow" Nothing followed, after payment no further contract was made. Place is a RIP OFF! Below is the mail response from intimal encounter

This is the response he gives when you inquiry about his puppies. After many emails we sent him $780 which included shipping and then the day we were supposed to receive the puppy he told us we needed to send an additional payment of $1,500 for the crate needed in the airfare. As soon as we started questioning that, they blocked all contact.
