Pawsome Couture refuses to post my honest negative review on their web site. They only post positive reviews.

I am unhappy with the shipping time and with the color of the cat bed I received, but they keep saying the color can deviate and that the shipping time was correct. No and no! They also say they "hold" reviews while "resolving" complaints, but I have told them I want the review posted and that I am not interested in "resolving" it if that means continuing to deal with their terrible customer service.

Note the pet beds ship from IRELAND! That is why the shipping takes so ludicrously long, and why the tracking only starts when it reaches the US.

I ordered a pet bed from Pawsome Couture on 5/2/2020. Today's date is 6/11/2020 and I have not received their product. I've contacted their support multiple times for further tracking info with no further information given to me about when I will receive the package. I filed a complaint with USPS and they called me the next morning saying that they have not received the package and were unable to track it. They said the tracking given to me was computer generated and they could not access who was supposed to delivering to them. I have requested a refund but "Maria" from support just sent me their return/exchange policy link.
