I got an Instagram ad for a cat water fountain and purchased the item. I got emails that it was shipped and then out for delivery with a tracking number, supposedly through USPS. However the items were returned to sender so I didn’t receive them. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response and there is no phone number listed on their website and the invoice address appears to be a residential address. My conclusion is that it is a fake company.

Company advertises on social media sites offering pet products, many people have reported never receiving their item and getting no response from their contact information. I emailed for weeks after placing my order and never received a reply.
