I saw an ad on Facebook for stuffed animals for dogs that were indestructible. They stated that if you dog destroyed them that they would replace/refund your money. There were tons of positive reviews so I placed my order directly on Pawzvistas website. I received order confirmation on 8/3/23. I followed up many times after that to obtain the shipping/eta status of my order. Anna responded to emails that including a tracking #. I finally received the bears on 8/30/23 and followed the warranty instructions regarding taking photos with dogs/bears, The quality of the bears was horrible. I knew my dog or any dog for that matter would be able to destroy them because of the poor quality. I gave the bears to my dogs and within minutes they have the stuffing removed from the arms and back and chewed the ears off of both bears. All my emails have been returned as undeliverable and have not had any luck getting someone to answer the phone # listed on their website.
