Hi my name is Michael Howard I’m out of oil city Pennsylvania my email address is Michael Howard [email protected] on January 22 I get a call from Ruth Bennett from PAX more credit cooperative stating if I secure a loan in the amount of $399 which is three months worth of payments I’ll get a $3000 loan she claimed that she was a private investor the one that was going to be giving me the loan she even sent me a contract that I signed stating that I would receive the money within 24 hours after they receive the security so I sent it through Money gram to this Valerie Edwards in Texas and then I called her back and she was like let me see what’s going on because I didn’t receive the loan yet she calls me back three hours later Ruth Bennett did and told me the loan was on hold because now she wants an additional three months of security which I argued with her and told her I didn’t have so she said well if you had two months worth of security which was another $266 they would pay the third month out of their petty cash she’ll sign off on that so stupid me fell for that again and set another $266 to this Valerie Edwards in Texas but this time it was through Western Union but this time this Ruth Bennett promised me and convince me for two days that I would definitely get the loan with no issues this time and I have voicemails and emails from her congratulating me on the loan telling me that she’s going to tell me the exact time out there going to send a loan to me through my account and on and on anon well then all of a sudden again toward the end of that day she emails me and tells me that my loan is being sent over to this other guy that supposedly a manager that would be contacting me soon so he contacted me and now he saying that the loan needed an additional 400 for a deposit on top of the $666 already sent but then I really let him have it and I told him off I said I wasn’t giving another dime which I didn’t and then later on I talk to him the next day and he says that they are going to pay the $400 but they can’t do it until February 14 which is today but he will get a hold of me right away when the loan goes through and I actually talk to the guy yesterday and he said he’ll be calling me that he’s working on the loan it’s definitely going through today and of course I tried calling him and he’s not answering his phone is going straight to voicemail although he answered several times before that out so now I’m. Out of a total of $701 660 678+ my Western Union and Money Graham fees on top of it but I know it’s a legitimate company they have a website as a California address at Stinson Beach California and every time you call these people even the Rutf Bennett they have an answering machine and they’re supposedly five of them and this other guy so I guess I’m gonna have to file a lawsuit and gets them or something to get my money back I don’t know what to do if you can please help me send me an email thanks

I was contacted via email saying that I was approved for a loan. I was told that in order to get the loan that I would have to pay a "security payment" through Western Union in the amount of $400. The person that would pick the payment up is a "registered member at Paxmore Credit Cooperative". The person assigned to me doesn't even live in CA where the company is located.

I recieved an email I was approved for a loan. In the papers sent for me to fill out it stated repeatedly "in the state of Campbell" not California. I was also told they I had to Western Union $399 to an individual. Here is email.

I have obtained and finalized details for payment transaction from your lender based on our Legal Binding Contract. Miss(My Name), you must use a same day payment method with your third-party lender as it explains in the contract. So, we need to know when you make your payment and what time the payment was made and you’ll need a receipt with the tracking number. For anyone to send a secure payment through these services they must go through a security measure so they must show identification which is part of the verification process.

Below, we will issue the receiver information for you to complete the transaction for your security payment. Please note that the receivers are registered members at Paxmore Credit Cooperative that are charged secondarily with the responsibility of record keeping and first witness for payments made by borrowers.

You will make your transaction at WESTERN UNION REMITTANCE SERVICE to (VALERIE EDWARDS) in (STATE: TEXAS. You (Miss My Name was Here) will be the sender for this transaction and (VALERIE EDWARSS) [Notice name is now misspelled] will be the receiver. You will be doing a person to person transfer (to the third-party lender) so you will fill out the form that says to send the transaction, the amount is $399.00 USD. Once you fill out the form you will take it to the cashier once she/he completes the verification and processing, they will hand you a receipt please contact me once you receive your copy of receipt. Please keep your transaction confidential and personal as if deemed a business transaction, they can charge you a lot more for completing the transaction(just lying here). You will need to fax/email me a copy of the receipt that the cashier hand you. Your funds will be released into the account once I verify this information.
