Had to create a profile to use the service by request of a shipping vendor. Did not see or read any requirement of yearly membership fee. Was debited $250 without prior knowledge, months after one time use. Wrote a complaint and request for return immediately. Pay Cargo refused to refund. Stated our acceptance of the membership was because we did not answer an email notice about the fee.

Email was never seen because it was deleted in Proofpoint as spam. Supervisor never replied to request. Cancelled our account and was told that another email will come in 2020 that I will have to refuse in order to stop the fees.
