I believe I was victim to some sort of phishing, but I'm unsure if it is due to my own website browsing use or due to a data breach of a company. On the morning of 11/27/17, I had three transactions on my debit card, one of which was blocked by my bank. The amount for the blocked transaction was for $4.24. However, two of the transactions went through and are still in pending status, although my bank is investigating the transactions to attempt to return the funds to my account. The two transaction amounts were, $21.99, and $2.97. These are transactions I did NOT authorize and I have no idea what this company is, which leads me to think it's a scam.

I called the 1-800-894-2315 number from a private phone number, and asked some different questions to the telephone operator, who could not give me concrete answers. I played dumb and acted like I wanted to renew my membership, but didn't have my account number handy and that my credit card I paid with expired, among other things, just to see where the conversation would go. At one point I was able to get the operator to say the transactions were likely for an online dating website, but then the operator said they deal with many other businesses and then the operator started to get uncomfortable.
