I purchased two Digital gifts cards from Pay Pal digital gifts for a value of $*** each. When I attempted to use one of them for the first time I was told the balance on the card was only $***.when I contacted Pay Pal Digital Gifts they gave me the run around once telling me that I needed to call the merchant. I did call the merchant (Cracker Barrell Old Country Store) who filled me in on the scam. The gift card numbers are being used repeatedly and are fraudulent. I have called Pay Pay Digital Gifts numerous times. They will transfer callers to a perment hold line when they don't want to deal with the problem.
