I was responding to an alarming email stating PayPal would be charging me $659.99 for my Norton subscription unless I called 877.209.1421. When I phoned, I was connected by Sophia to Shane Williams. He stated that to get a refund processed, I needed to fill out a form which he brought up after taking over my computer. When it came to entering the amount, I was unable to enter data, and before I could do anything, Shane clicked on his end, and then got all over my case for "messing up" and creating a real big problem for him. He had me write down specific instructions about going to do a wire transfer, then told me 2 different accounts to send the money to, neither of which was a business, and he INSISTED that I LIE to my bank to facilitate this wire transfer.

When I checked my account, it showed that extra money in my account was from my savings, not from Shane Williams. I have the account info Mr. Williams gave me to transfer to ***** ** ** ************ *** **** *****.
