It was a site to enter to win a complete set of Le Creuset cookware. I entered (embarrassingly giving my personal contact info in case “I won”) but never got any email confirmation of the entry or rules and regulations. I honestly do not rember having to give my credit card to pay a $5.95 a try fee, but was told this after calling to find out what the unknown charges were on my card, I was also told then that the additional $79.95 charge was for an evoucher worth $150 to be used to purchase online products. Supposedly, an email was sent with the voucher (around September). I found this out when looking into the charges I didn’t recognize. I told the person on the phone that I never received any evoucher, and she said she would resend it via email and I should have it in 24 hours. Nothing. I called back and the new person I talked to said it would be 24-48 hours. Five hours to go, and still nothing.
