The caller said my wife took out a payday loan with her SSN but used fraudulent pay back details. They threatened to take her to court unless we paid $1000 to enter a payment plan. When I asked for written documentation, they passed me to a manager who repeated the threat.

Called And sad I have a pending judgment in boulder county and told them to send me the info on this fast cash loan supposedly had over 10 yrs ago and i guess theyed Called my brother in law and ask for me and they called my wife the first lady i talked to could barely speak english so i ask for someone that could speak english that is when i got a nicole brown told her it was a scam and not to harass my family and was not going to pay them anything until they sent me the contract from this fast cash loan

Called said i owed money from a payday loan from 2014 at an address i wasnt at. I sorta fell for it but canceled the debt card immediately when i researched and found out ez corp/ez money was shut down for fraudulent payday loan scams. Have researched multiple places finding out the same information. They were threatening and basically under diress they caused me to agree to the payment arrangement because they said oh then should we just file then.

Called said i had a pending case in county of larimer. Along with harassing my family. I called back immediately asked if i was ********. Told i owed on an ez money payday loan from 2014 at an address i wasn't at that year. Under diress made me setup a payment arrangement as well as stating oh then should we just file this. Then i started researching immediately canceled my card. Plus statute of limitations is long over so yeah... then you cant understand a word they say.
