I have received in the mail 3 invoices in my name and address for 7 parking fees with late fees attached. These invoices are using my name and address and claim I have parked at 111 East Kellogg Blvd St Paul MN without paying the parking fees on seven different dates, so far. I have not been to this area of St Paul. No one else drives my car. Metropolis is threatening legal action if I don't pay. Just giving you the heads up. I certainly don't plan to pay and will be reporting this to the the ST Paul Police Department.
