I came across their site on Facebook through what looked like a QVC company. They were offering buy one get one free upright vacuum cleaners. Once I paid and received the confirmation email it was VANCEONE LIMITED company name. I have contacted them numerous times in regards to where my order may be since Nov 6, 2023. They stated that the vacuums were delivered on Dec 7, 2023 and asked if I could check my mailbox. I would like to know how 2 upright vacuums would fit in a mailbox. The company has not responded to my emails since Dec 14, 2023. I assume they no longer will as they cannot tell me where the vacuum cleaners are. They have not offered to refund my money even though I have requested that. My delivery (Home) address is also not listed on the tracking number so I cannot confirm where they are saying the product was delivered too.

I purchased candles and things off of what was advertised as Bath&Body Works website through Facebook. These people made it look so professional as if you were really purchasing from them but clearly thats not the case and i never received my products
