Placed order 10/2023. Charged my credit card on 10/31/2023 for 79.44. Emailed the “company” and received an answer on 11/21/2023 asked me to patiently wait two more weeks and they would credit me 10% back. Emailed again after two weeks, got a reply on 12/10/2023 saying my package was delivered, to Check my mail box or neighbors who may have signed, or call the post office. What a scam this company is. I would stay away from them. No product and out a sum of money. Tough when one is retired and on a fixed income.

Emailed them about my order placed in October, 2023. On Nov 21 @11:49 pm they replied that my order was in transit and would I wait two more weeks for it, and they would credit me 10% of the order. I wanted the two weeks, sent them another email and they replied I=on December 10 th at 2:15 am that my order was delivered and I should call the post office to check on the tracking number, or look in my mail box, or check with neighbors to see if they signed for a package. I had ordered several pieces of Jim Shore Santa’s. Today I went online and found that this company has scammed a lot. Hard lesson learned

Add popped up on Instagram. I used the email site and actually accessed by my computer because of fear of scam. It presented it as a Willow Tree site. After I asked where my order was they sent me a tracking number showing it was delivered but it never was....

Placed an order for a few willow tree figurines at “outlet” prices. The payment came out instantly & emailed receipt came from vikrasseth limited. It did not list any items, just a total charged amount. I requested tracking for the order & received an email:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your letter.

After checking, we found that your parcel has been shipped.

The tracking number is ************* Due to the system problem of the logistics company, the shipping information hasn't been displayed.

We have communicated with the logistics company and they will follow up as soon as possible.

Please patiently wait for 3-5 working days for shipping information.

Later, you can also enter your tracking number through the following URL here: https://www.track718.com/en/ to check the shipping information

Hope you will receive your product as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Once trying to check the tracking it actually brings up info from China & says delivered 11/22/2023 to Burns Tn with no street address.

I emailed again requesting a refund due to it was not shipped & believed this to be a scam now & never got a response.

They even emailed me back one time and I have a photo of what I ordered and a photo of the “tracking number”
