PayPal Europe Luxembourg had sent a fraudulent 1099-c form claiming they have canceled and debt I owned. It was sent to an address I havent lived at for 7 years. This debt never happened and I have never owned them a debt let along in Europe. Now I fear my identity may have been stolen due to the security breach of PayPal back in Dec. I don't know how to proceed from here but I am trying to warn people. After an online search I have found this has happened to multiple people just in this last week. When you look up the PayPal location it states permanently closed. This unfortunately looks like it will be affecting a lot of people. I've included two websites where this has been happening to others.
