I received an email stating that my PayPal for business was now activated. $249.99 would be deducted from my checking account. I did not have anything to do with PayPal. I have to contact my bank Monday to check my account. I did not click on any of their links. They wanted you to call the number I posted if I did not authorize this account. I did not call that number. I did try to find a way to contact PayPal outside the email but was unsuccessful.
