I had to transfer bitcoin from a bankrupt account (Blockfi) to paypal. I wasn't sure how to do it so I googled a phone number for paypal and a Indian or Pakistani man said he could help me. It talked me through what I needed to do and instead of helping transfer my bitcoin to Paypal, he transferred it to his account instead and I didn't realize that until I checked my account and the bitcoin was gone.
