they got access to my email address from ebay.
they made a fake PayPal email and created a "Funds has been sent" email.
I sent package.
I called ebay 8 times, all length conversations. the first of the conversations
I was nervous I had been scammed but ebay assured me of their "Seller Protection" and I have nothing to worry about because they confirmed purchase.
until I dont see the money, and ebay blames me for sending product with out the funds.
they deleted my listing, and continue to have the buyer account active with no way of me leaving a review or file manual complaint because they deleted my listing because the "buyers account had been compromised"
I should not have sent with out payment, yes.
but all the emails I received gave me reasons on why they were being held up.
it told me funds would be released once tracking was provided to ebay.
I did that, and ebay customer service assured me that because of PayPal and sellers protection I would be fine.
"I have nothing to worry about"
and once they receive package funds would be released into PayPal.
Package was delivered and
that's when I called again and received email attached.
Ebay needs to be investigated. its become a haven for criminals to capitalize on aged security service form ebay.

The gentleman whom I spoke with instructed me to go to my play store and download an app called Team View Quick support. Once Downloaded it gave me a code that he needed. I gave him the code and FROM THERE ON I'm holding my phone watching him operate it remotely. He tried the same steps I did. Then he tried a "technique that had worked before". I had me open my Wells Fargo account on my browser and then he transferred my savings funds to my Checking and from there he transferred all funds to my PayPal. At that point he tried transferring all funds together and, of course, a failed attempt. After a few times trying that, his next idea which was to transfer my money from PayPal to Cash app then try to send from there. Still failed. He then instructed me to wait for a call from his supervisor Jake Watson. He called me from a different number which was 805-366-3789. Mr. Watson then asked me to go purchase 2 eBay gift cards $200 on each (evidently he was able to put my original funds back into my account so I could make this purchase). I did as he instructed then gave him the code on the back as he asked of me. I was told uploading funds this way would give me the opportunity to transfer all funds. Of course, another failure. He then transferred all funds to Bitcoin. Puts me on hold telling me the system is going to reboot and I would have all my money in my account by midnight. The next day I woke up to my online banking severed and my account hundreds of dollars in negative.
