On July 31, 2023 at 7:34:55 AM GMT+8 a product from my website was sold to a client Akhmad Gafurov. This client made a duplicate payment through PayPal which process through 2Checkout.com, I then refund the one of the order, then the product was shipped out. After the buyer received the item, he then open an dispute with PayPal for duplicate order, and got the money back from PayPal, then i was not able to get a hold of the buyer Akhmad Gafurov.
