Sends a text " We had detected an unauthorized activity in order to avoid suspension verify your personal information. Followed by a link :

http://paypalverify.app.link/yourphonenumber Paypal Support.

If you click the link, it takes you to an Arab or Muslim propaganda website. I think they are stealing credit info.
