I was sold a counterfeit Dyson Airwrap from Paysalhatach. This was verified by Dyson in NYC , they verified the Airwrap is counterfeit. I received no response from the company until I posted a negative review on trust pilot at which time they said if I removed the negative review they would immediately refund my money. I removed the review, They then said they would refund my money when I returned the counterfeit Dyson Airwrap to a address in Israel. They assured me they would refund my money as well as the shipping . I returned the counterfeit product, provided proof of delivery and now I no longer get a response from them and I am out $399 for Airwrap + $80.10 for shipping a total of $479.10 .
