My "comfort advisor" arrived with a helper. They were super friendly, making me laugh, etc. They quoted me a price to put in insulation and gave me THIRTY minutes to sign. Said I had thirty minutes to look over price and sign. I said this is just a number, where is the bid with all details? They said that was it. No details needed. would not give me a real bid. These guys were hustlers. more talking, more laughs, more jokes, etc. Said a bid would take hours to write up and I needed to just sign now.
