Contacted with a pop up stating the computer needed a Anti Virus protection or PC repair. Spoke on the telephone to my aging father with dementia and got his to agree to a purchase to fix his "problem" for $250.00. Have NOT been able to cancel the purchase by telephone within 2 days and again 2 days later. Have tried emailing them and it came back undeliverable. The phone number provided does NOT provide customer satisfaction. Left on hold for 25 plus minutes and the transferred to billing where they ask what company is this for? And ultimately said they can not refund we would have to call our credit card company. The credit card company asked if they did what they were supposed to do and my aging mother who does not even use a computer told them yes. The credit card company will not provide a refund now either.
