2 email sent from different addressees - noting that my subscription for tech support had been renewed, and subsequently paid and processed. I've gotten these before and ignored them. But I thought it best to report this. No online presence (website) included - just a number to call to cancel the subscription. I didn't bother to call, but responded that I'd be reporting them to the BBB.
