The Pixel Arcade handheld console is being advertised on youtube, instagram, and most other social media platforms. I placed an order through the Shop app over 7 months ago, and never received anything. After a month of waiting I attempted to contact the seller via the email provided on their Shop account. Nobody ever responded. Now when I click on the seller to go to their storefront on the app, it says the store is unavailable, and trying to go their website gives a 404. After checking my bank statement for the transaction, the only details I was able to find is that the company is supposedly from Terrassa, Spain - if it even exists. The website pixelarcade.us is still apparently offering these handheld consoles for sale, but they've changed the logo and portions of the website are in German. Decide for yourself if it's worth the risk.
