suposably I owe 10K dollars, I know it is a fraud. Ignoring the letter

Our records indicate that your total bank card balance renegotiation has not been verified. Our underwriting Department has pre-qualified your for the renegotiation due to these specific qualifications.

Once your information has been verified and you have been approved, your estimated total balances of $15,000 may be restructured to $6,750.00 and we may also be able to offer you a set aside payment plan of $225.00 a month. Call the Verification Department to complete application.

I do not know who these people are, but I know I do not owe them. This is my second letter
