Rep from PCH informed me of winning 250,000.00 plus a car and gas. PCH would pay 99 % of tax but I had to pay 1 % lux. tax to IRS. I was transferred to IRS rep. Jacklin and told to send cashiers ck of 2500.00 to accountant of IRS to Alabama address s PCH could arrive at my house tomorrow with reps from PCH and IRS IRS accountant name and cashiers check payable to Vera Thomson.
