Received a phone call that I had won the PCH 2nd place prize of 2.5 million. The guy on the phone said all I needed to do was go down to Wal Mart and send a Moneygram for $250.00 then call back at the number above. He said I would send the moneygram to a Cesar Carinio in Hawaii which was a licence Merchant banker. Come back home and call the phone number and tell them that I sent it. #1 PCH doesn't call anyone to let them know they won, they just show up...so I called PCH in New York and they told me this. Said it was a scam. I went to Wal Mart and decided to check into it a little more, and was doing some shopping since I was there anyway, and they called back. I told them that they were scammers, and I was not sending it. He said something in his language and called me a *** and hung up
