They initially called me with an automated recording saying I owe a debt. I attempted call back, but only auto and stating to go to website to review account details. I finally went to site where it asks to enter phone number and last 4 of SSN then an old account that I had 25+ years ago for Wachovia is populated for a debt of $9010.19 and then there options for settlements.
