The caller left a voicemail stating "Our office has been retained to handle an account currently we do not have any bankruptcies disputes or tax forms sent or received on this account so it is still outstanding and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All online settlements have been temporarily early reduced and you can schedule your payment or payment plan for any day you prefer. Please make a time to call us back today or go to our website to resolve this as it is important our website is "go to pcm.com, that is gotopcm.com." By law I am required to inform you this is an attempt to collect a debt. Thank you."

Hi this is Rebecca again with PCM go to PCM.com. I wanted to let you know that the issue with our phone system that had prevented you from seeing your options has been resolved and fixed as a result of this issue we have added the option to where you can schedule your payment at a future date. So please take care of this today. I believe it or call us back or go to our website to handle this. The website address is go to PCM.com that is GOP OPC in.com. Please take action and at least get some type of small monthly payment plan set up here to stop interest collections and credit reporting as applicable on this account. Currently we don't have any debt forgiveness form sent on this account so it is still owed. I just need to do the right thing here and resolve our client's account has been outstanding for part(?)....

Received a call, saying I had an account with first consumers national and a debt of $1000 and that if I paid now I would only have to pay 500 for the debt to be free and clear.” “Discount on your account is only available for a limited time so please take advantage of this today before further collection efforts are activated please either call us back or go to our website to go to pcm.com that is gotopcm.com please at least set up a small monthly payment plan that does stop the interest collections and credit reporting is applicable currently we do not have any bankruptcies disputes or tax forms sent or received on the account so just asking you to do the right thing and resolve this account it is still owed and it has been outstanding for far too long to thank you and by law I am required to inform you that this communication is from a debt collector…”

I received two voicemails from this company. The message stated that they had not received any invoices, tax returns, or judgments at this time and that it was an attempt to collect a debt. The message then instructed me to visit the website at gotopcm.com. I thought it was fraudulent because I was not behind in any of my bills and checked the company out first. That's when I realized my suspicions were correct.

I received 3 phone calls and voicemails from different numbers that my phone detected as Potential Spam. 2 of the voicemails were exactly the same and read as follows:

"Hi this is Rebecca with PCM our office has been retained to handle your account. Currently we do not have any bankruptcies, disputes, or tax forms sent or received on this account so it is still outstanding and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All online settlements have been temporarily reduced and you can schedule your payment or payment plan for any day you prefer. Please make time to call us back today or go to our website to resolve this as it is important. Our website address is gotopcm.com that is gotopcm.com. By law I am required to inform you this is an attempt to collect debt. Thank you."
