I filled out a survey and a gift was offered.I got suspicious and did NOT complete the survey and canceled out of this=even closed down my computer...about 1 month later arrived an unwanted jewelry item and another one the next month. I called to return the item and find out the cost and get a refund; I was told not returnable or refundable and said I had agreed to all this and had my cc nbr and email address,I complained and wsas told this occurs when doing a survey mostly- the phone person grudginly agreed to a partial refund and cancel any futre shipments. Also I was told this ia throu a 3rd party co called customer service in arizona.
