walked up to me while i was inside my car and parked in a parking lot ( broad day light)

Asked me to repair my car immediately and walked around car to give estimate. after i said no thank you, he left. i found a nail in my tire immediately after he left. not sure if it was already there or if it was him. entire business card he gave me was fake
