Got a voicemail on March 23rd 2016 from an Alex Hudson. She said she was calling from PDS Mediation services and that I needed to call back immediately. Well since I didn't recognize the business I decided to look them up online. The website looked fake as all getout and the numbers on the website to contact them did not match the number that my call was from. Further research told me that several people have been contacted by them before and all have been of fraudulent reasons. I did not call Ms. Hudson back.

PDS Mediation Services actually left a voice mail for my mom to inform me that I was being sued for breach of contract from a magazine service that I apparently signed up 5 years ago, which I do not recall. I actually my credit report and I don't have anything under any magazines and I have checked m debit card as well. Nothing popped up. The person that I was talking to, her name was Lea S*** and she told me that I either go to court or I had the option to buy out my contract, which was $517.11. I was frazzled since I was at work when I called and I ended up paying the buy-out. When I had time to reflect, I actually looked up their company, saw that their website looked fake as ever and saw multiple posts of "Fake Debt Collector"

received a phone call asking for me stating that it was an urgent call to collect a debt. I called the number back several times. When I finally spoke with "John Geraci" he kept asking for my maiden name. I told him that he called asking for me. He was rude and stated that if I wanted to play games that I will be served and he hung up on me. I called him back and politely asked to speak to his supervisor. I was put on hold for a long time so I hung up and called back. It was "Carolyn Jefferson" which sounded like a man. I confirmed his/her name and where they were calling from and informed them that I have goggled their name and company and that I thought it was a scam and that I would be reporting them. Shortly after I hung up called and left a message, and that he had found my record. I did not give them a chance to ask for money.
