I signed up to get a loan yesterday, and now I’m being inundated with about 100 emails an hour from an address ending in “xmr3.com” various emails, and there are others that are from the same company, but different “handles” or “email hubs”. I’ve unsubscribed and they keep coming. I am getting an unmeasurable amount of phone calls as well. I didn’t even apply for these loans. I applied for a business loan, and they are harassing me until I accept the loan which I will not and refuse to do. I don’t know how to get it to stop, and I’m unsure of what my rights are as a consumer or who I should report it to. I am avoiding any phone calls because I don’t know if it’s them or if it’s someone legitimately calling to hire me. I just started my own business hasn't even been up for over a month, and I was trying to get business expenses through a loan, now I just want to shut the whole thing down, change my name, and move because I know the spam will keep coming and I've done so good getting my credit back in order and now it's just being ruined and drug through the mud because of this company. I just opened my business bank account, and luckily there is 0 funds in it for them to acquire, but I do strongly feel that if there was money in that account, they would have grabbed all of it.
Please help me.
I inquired through LendingTree, then it redirected me to my two options, the one I contacted was AmOne. I refused the loan, and refused the credit repair. Then I was inundated by the following:
