Ordered 2 chain saw sharpeners that clamp on the bar as photo shows, sent me 2 sharpeners that you place on the end of the bar,start chain saw, and push on the end of the bat and it grinds the top of the chain./ very dangerous to use. they offered 7% refund, than 30% refund, ordered through Pay Pal. Will file complaint with them

Was wary in case this was a scam after seeing ad for sun-catcher on Facebook, but decided to take a chance & am pleased to say it isn't a scam & I received my item. Suncatcher is smaller than I thought it would be, but arrived safe & sound.

Company offered a Volkswagen cooler at a great price. Able to respond only by email. Every order number and tracking number was different. Sent toy bus instead. Product was returned.
