He advertise himself as a caterer, taco truck, which we booked for my son’s wedding. We received a contract which we signed digitally and we were asked to pay half of the total which was $750 upfront via zelle and the other half the day of. After several attempts to communicate with him with no response, we discovered other people on their Instagram reporting that, they took their deposit and never showed up. We got concerned so we reviewed the contract and saw we were within our timeframe to cancel. We reached out multiple times and never received communication and now it’s been two weeks no communication. The address given appears to be a parking lot and the website no longer works and they will not respond to any text emails or Instagram Instagram communication. Requested our money back through Zelle also no reply. This person is a scammer.
