My initial impression was a good one. I needed same day weekend service for water damage at my rental property and they agreed to come out that same day. However, they did not provide the services I requested. I wanted cleaning done in three rooms and water damage cleaned from two of those rooms. I was quoted $185. However, only one of the rooms were cleaned and the other two were left untouched. This damage has progressed into a larger issue that now needs to be addressed. When I called to get an explanation and figure out a solution to make it right, the owner/person that answered the phone, could not have cared less. He made it seem as though it were my fault for the rooms not being cleaned. He was extremely rude on the phone-borderline aggressive, in fact. I had to hang up on him, which is something I never do!
Our tenant was unfortunately taken by the technicians tactics as well. He said he would come back to deodorize the room "free of charge" as long as she paid him $75 cash to rent fans. He came back to collect the fans, but did not do any further cleaning (of course not, right?). I called to discuss that and to let the "owner" know that he has dishonest people working for him. This didn't register to him at all. Now I know why- this is a setup!
Although I can see that I am not alone in being swindled by this company, I am still mad at myself for falling for this scam. This kind of thing never gets by me. I must say, the first impression is good. But it is a rouse. I am even more angry that they continue to run a "business" and that other people may fall victim to their predatory ways. Please do NOT use this company. Somehow when I was searching for a company, I saw 5 star reviews that appeared to be legitimate. Now they are nowhere to be seen. I wonder why!
I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. Please learn from my mistake. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money by NOT using this company.
In addition, their address goes to a local UPS store, not the location of the "business."
