I recently seen an ad on Facebook that was for 4d mascara. The name of the page that had the mascara was peachwomen. I read many reviews and even watched videos on the post. It seemed legit, so I went for it and clicked on the link that led me to a website called Encantador. I ordered the mascara on May 11, 2020. I paid $26.96. Well I received an email verifying that I paid for the order. But days later, I never received anymore information and still have not received tracking. I figured it was due to the virus. But I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with my order or shipping address. So I tried to reach out to them and they provided multiple emails. I sent an email to one of them and shortly after I received an email saying that the email did not exist and that my message would not be sent..so I tried another email. Well the same thing happened with all of the emails provided.

I decided to do some digging on the company or product. Well I found out that many other places including Ebay and wish have the same product for $2 and $3 dollars (the product has a different name and brand on other sites) so that alarmed me. I finally decided I had been scammed and just thought well there's nothing I can do. Then I received an email saying it had been shipped. The problem is the tracking number provided does not even exist. I have continued to try to contact this "company" but all contact information either doesn't exist or is inaccurate. So I'm writing this to warn that this company is not legit and stole my money and I don't want anyone else to fall for it.
