I purchased a Men’s large western jacket for my husband for Christmas on 12/14/23. The item took 30days to be delivered. The email tracker showed the item was coming from Poland but the website showed California. I emailed customer service asking about my item, the tracker they sent me was showing the item was coming from China. The item was delivered on 1/23/24. The jacket is poor quality. The material is very thin as a Shirt and not as shown on website. It is also too small for my husband and has a foul smell to the material. I emailed customer service asking for a return label to return the item and they refused to allow me return the item. My credit card company stated the charge was made by a different company name than the website company name. This has been a nightmare to handle and I just wanted to return the item and get a full refund. Please be aware of this business!

I ordered an item from peackfoather.com (a shirt for my dad) and I never received it. The company sent me a package that was not what i ordered. There were 3 lables with the same USPS bar code. Original label was from China. The company will not respond to my request for a refund as they said the item was delivered. I then googled the company and found others have been scammed as well. I have filed a dispute with my bank and discontinued the card. Please shut them down

I saw clothing for sale on FB under the company name Peackfoather. The merchandise shown looked to be of good quality. I ordered and it took 2 months to get the item. The company claims to be selling items made in the USA but they are being shipped from overseas. The tracking source is shady as well. The tracking showed it was coming from Portugal and took forever to get through their "customs". Our order came in two packages, with individuals names on them, one from LA and one from Illinois?!? Now they don’t want to help me return the item after 6 attempts in asking where to send the merchandise too I keep getting weird replies, one telling me how to check on my delivery(?) and another asking me to send them pictures of what I received and a picture of the shipping label, even though I gave them my order number!? I sure wish I would have Googled the company as there are many bad reviews about them but the clothing on their website looked to be well-made and legit so I just placed an order. Fool me once.....

They advertised on Facebook. I purchased online and paid with PayPal. They sent teaching information stating it was in Ireland even though the website says it is in the USA. I received tracking information for a month stating it was in customs, etc…The final tracking message I received from 24hoursshipping.com stated it wax in Huntsville, Alabama. When I tried to contact them, I received links that were all expired and led to nowhere. There are no addresses or phone numbers to call.

I ordered a shirt from their website advertised on Facebook, never arrived. They took my money and when I email to ask where the product is they send an automated reply saying contact the seller.

I purchased clothing from them online. First issue was that they overcharged me when I got the PayPal payment email. They did refund the overage. When I finally received the clothing, it was very low quality. They also sent a wrong item. They refuse to replace the incorrectly sent item. And when I asked to return some of the merchandise for quality and sizing issues, they refuse to send me the return information, even though it states items can be returned. When I tried to add negative reviews on their website, they never put them up. They only show positive reviews on their products and site. I’ve found out I’m not the only one who has had these issues with this company. I am attaching pictures of what I was supposed to receive via the company’s order summary vs. what I actually received. They claim it’s correct. It’s not even close to the picture or description.
