I ordered a pair of sandals from a company calling themselves Brighty-luxe/h from Facebook. They sent me the wrong size. All their customer service contact is via Shiyel. They refuse to give me a return address. They keep insisting they sent the correct item even though I sent them a photograph of their product clearly showing the wrong size together with a copy of my original order. They keep saying the cost of return shipping is too expensive (for me!).

Two items were ordered. One was delivered and we discovered it was nothing like the image presented on line and totally unacceptable. They refused to give us a means of return for a refund, even though their ad clearly stated they would allow returns. The second item we ordered was never delivered. They offered us a $3 refund for the first item!! They insisted the return fee would outweigh the cost of the item and we should take their offer of $3!! They advertised their company name as "Peakfoather", but their customer service response came from "Shiyel".
