This company billed under two names: Peakwellness Being and Natural Habit. Via a Facebook ad it was offering a free trial sample of a cleansing cream. Shipping was $5.45 (billed under first name). Two weeks later our card was billed for $101.29. Upon contacting the company, the response was that the agreement indicated that if you didn't cancel with 10-days, would would be billed full price, which doesn't makes since, and what the full price was wasn't indicated. The product arrived 11 days after the order, so there was really no time to do a "trial" with the product. Upon calling, the customer service rep "could not" let me talk to a supervisor and would not reverse the charges. They did offer to cancel the account.
