This scammer sends an email that looks like a real tech-support company and they say they’re going to charge an amount to your bank account within the next 24 hours. You have to call to cancel within 24 hours. I’ve gotten several emails with different amounts from 400 and some dollars to 600 and some dollars. When you call they want to remote access your computer to “uninstall the product” and then after they do that they want you to log into your online banking so that they can verify that the charge won’t go through. I refused to do that and then they tried to remotely lock my computer up. When I said I was going to report them they hung up on me.
