I purchased chairs for $60 off of this site. They were very delayed in sending me the item from China. The item I received was masks (small package), not two chairs. I contacted the customer service and it took forever for them to respond. They wanted proof of what was sent was wrong. I sent them pictures and documented everything. They said they would issue a refund in 3 days. Then they said it could take 14 days. 20+ days later I have not received anything.

Ordered from them on May 1st and on July 1st I still have no product because it’s been “lost” twice!? They supposedly resent the item in June only for it to be “lost” again in the mail and when I demanded a refund they refused and said they resent ANOTHER item out for the THIRD time and I’m supposed to wait another month. This will be the third month. Fake tracking numbers to a page that says the item was “lost” by the carrier. Scam!!!!! They never sent anything and will not give me a refund which would be EASIER than supposedly resending a large patio chair that weighs 40 pounds THREE times!!!!!!!!

I ordered a patio table from what looked like a legit website. They sent me a confirmation by email and all. They even sent me a tracking numbe r coming from China. It took a month to finally get a package. It turned out to be two masks used for respiratory protection worth about 4 bucks if that. They must have done this to allot of people knowing they would wait to get shipped order, before reporting it in order to keep the scam site going as long as possible. I paid them through Pay pal 65 dollars. Seemed like a good deal at the time..... Sad and mad.... ******

Purchased 2 chairs from this company online, received a tracking number, but when the package arrived it was a handkerchief.

This Peachel company sells furniture, outdoors and indoors and instead they sent me a package with 3 masks. They are thieves. I am filing a dispute with Paypal but do not order from this company or their partner company TURNNACY. They are now selling the same items under bnbur.club. Package received came from Warehouse No 8, NO 240 Hugingping Road, minhang District, Shanghai, Shanghai, 200041 China.
